According to the List of Non-degradable Disposable Plastic Products in Public Institutions (a batch), the use of non-degradable disposable plastic snack boxes, non-degradable disposable plastic kitchen utensils, non-degradable disposable plastic straws, disposable plastic cups and beverage cups, and thin plastic packaging bags with thickness less than 0.025 mm shall be stopped.
 

Summary: Non-degradable materials refer to non-degradable fiber materials containing high pressure polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene, butadiene-butyl acrylate, polyethylene terephthalate and so on. On the other hand, biodegradable materials can not contain PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA, PET.
